Will it fit my punch bag?
It fits hanging and free-standing bags 37 to 42 inches (94 to 107 cm) around. Measure round the widest part of the bag before you order.
Is the punch bag included?
No. You get the mat, two wall hooks, a shoulder bag and instructions. Punch bag and stand not included.
Can I use it without a bag?
Yes. Hang it flat on a wall with the two included hooks for shadow boxing and target work.
Do I need an app?
No. The mat works with a coach, a partner, your own calls and any round timer. The free Drill Mat App, with combinations, warm ups and boxing basics, is coming soon.
Does it work for southpaws?
Yes. The chart follows the hand, not the stance: left hooks land on 2 or 5, right hooks on 3 or 6, whichever foot leads.
